Nick Grimmitt
The Head of the General Insurance division is Nick G Grimmitt. Nick has over 35 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry.
Nick has run his own businesses as well as working with major Insurance Companies in Managerial positions.
It is working with clients one to one that gives Nick the edge and drive to get the best deals in the client’s best interests.
Nick’s philosophy is summarised below:
“Broking is about personal professional relationships with the client. Working within a smaller hands on business rather than multinational companies is the one thing that means the client can be guaranteed to get the best rates and service.”
He is a trained surveyor and Risk Management consultant. Nick deals with large multi corporate accounts as well as private individuals and has an unrivalled reputation for claims handling.

Stephanie Palfrey
Steph joined Bevan Charles in February 2017 in the role of Account Executive assisting Nick Grimmitt. Steph has over 15 years working within the Insurance Industry.
Her current role includes general office administration and helping to ensure that clients are kept well informed, new business, renewals, compliance checking of files and day to day liaison with clients.
She holds a Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII).
